Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.We reserve the right to delay processing during high order volumes, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to Europe.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel shipments to certain destinations at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
- Delays or damage caused by the carrier

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.Reshipping fees may apply for returned orders.
